RealTyme and AICTO Partner to Anchor Post-Quantum Security and Digital Sovereignty Across the Arab Region.

GENEVA, SWITZERLAND / TUNIS, TUNISIA — July 7th 2026   — RealTyme SA and The Arab Information and Communication Technologies Organization (AICTO) have signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to fast-track secure digital transformation, cyber resilience, and quantum-ready security across AICTO Member States.

As the quantum computing era threatens to disrupt traditional encryption, this partnership establishes an immediate, proactive framework to safeguard regional data. Together, RealTyme and AICTO will provide technological sandboxing environments and the technical capacity required to transition to Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC), secure digital sovereignty, and operationalize next-generation AI.

Key Pillars of the Partnership:

- Quantum-Era Data Protection: Accelerating the migration to post-quantum security standards to shield critical digital public infrastructure from tomorrow's threats.

- Sovereign Technology Defenses: Deploying secure communications, robust digital identity frameworks, and localized Edge AI tailored to national security priorities.

- Regional Capacity Building: Launching collaborative sandboxes, technical workshops, and strategic advisory programs to convert high-level policy into practical, hard-edged defense.

"The future of digital transformation depends on absolute trust and resilience.
