RealTyme at GC3B 2025: Shaping the Next Chapter in Cyber Resilience

📍 13–14 May 2025 | Geneva, Switzerland

We are excited to announce that RealTyme will be attending the second edition of the Global Conference on Cyber Capacity Building (GC3B), taking place on 13–14 May 2025 at the International Conference Center Geneva (CICG).

Hosted by the Swiss Federal Department of Foreign Affairs (FDFA) in partnership with the Global Forum on Cyber Expertise (GFCE), GC3B is a high-impact global event bringing together senior policymakers, cybersecurity leaders, and international development experts to forge a more secure, inclusive, and resilient digital future.

This year’s conference is expected to attract over 800 delegates from more than 100 countries, offering an unprecedented platform for dialogue, knowledge exchange, and global partnerships in cyber capacity building.

Notable participants include representatives from the UN, World Bank, European Union, and leading regional organizations focused on digital transformation and security.

Why This Matters

In a world where digital transformation accelerates daily and cyber threats grow more complex, robust cyber capacity is essential, not just for security, but for achieving broader sustainable development goals.

GC3B 2025 focuses on placing cyber resilience at the heart of global governance and development, and we at RealTyme are proud to contribute to this mission.

Cybersecurity today underpins not only national security, but also critical areas like digital healthcare, financial inclusion, smart infrastructure, and democratic governance. Without secure digital foundations, the promise of digital progress risks exclusion, instability, and fragmentation.

GC3B 2025: Three Pillars for Global Resilience

Under the theme “Strengthening Global Cyber Resilience”, the conference is structured around three forward-looking pillars:

-Cyber in and for development: How can cybersecurity be fully integrated with international development to protect digital investments and support inclusive growth?

-Next-generation cyber capacity building: How do we evolve our tools and strategies to be more demand-driven, effective, and locally anchored?

-New tech frontiers: What emerging technologies are reshaping the cyber landscape—and how can we proactively prepare through capacity building?

Discussions will spotlight challenges and opportunities around AI, quantum computing, and critical infrastructure protection, emphasizing how countries can prepare to adopt new technologies securely and responsibly.

RealTyme’s Role

As a secure communication platform built with privacy and compliance at its core, RealTyme is uniquely positioned to support governments, enterprises, and critical infrastructure sectors in their digital transformation journeys.

Our presence at GC3B will focus on sharing insights and engaging in meaningful discussions on:

  • How privacy-respecting tools empower secure collaboration across borders
  • The importance of sovereignty and control in digital communications
  • Capacity building that supports local ownership, resilience, and adaptability

We will showcase how RealTyme’s secure collaboration platform is helping governments in regions such as Eastern Europe and Southeast Asia protect sensitive communications while maintaining full control over data residency and user access.

Our recent engagement with a national critical infrastructure agency enabled secure cross-border coordination for disaster response and infrastructure protection—demonstrating how privacy-first technology can enhance both security and operational efficiency.

In addition, we aim to explore partnerships that foster skills development, technical assistance, and knowledge sharing to empower local communities and institutions in navigating complex cyber risks.

We look forward to connecting with global stakeholders and contributing to solutions that empower digital societies—where no one is left behind.
